• Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery

• Shipping quantities may be limited by state law

• Orders that violate state shipping limits will be canceled and refunded

5. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

If an order is canceled, any payment received will be fully refunded.

6. Substitutions

If a wine becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may substitute up to three (3) bottles with comparable wines of equal or greater value.
If more substitutions are required, we will contact you before shipping.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

If multiple payment methods are saved and your primary method fails, you authorize Old World Cellars to attempt payment using another method on file.

All payments are securely processed through WooCommerce-supported payment gateways.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to enjoy your wine.

If a wine is:

• Faulty, or

• Simply not to your taste

You may contact us for a store credit, issued at our discretion.

• Credits are not redeemable for cash

• Credits may only be used on our website

• Excessive or abusive use of this policy may result in denial of future credits

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Old World Cellars is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays due to weather, carriers, or incorrect addresses

• Failed deliveries where an adult (21+) is unavailable to sign

Returned shipments due to failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees.
